Return and Credit Policy

Client satisfaction is our primary concern at Rally Caps. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order purchased within the last 30 calendar days and have your original receipt, please contact us and we will correct the issue to your satisfaction. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.

If you are returning an item from Rally Caps, please note the following:

• Pack the cap securely in the original packaging, if possible.
• Please include your name and address with the cap. Please advise if you would like to swap it for an alternative cap/size or would prefer a refund.
• All caps must be returned in good condition, unwashed.
• Please do not return caps in envelopes. Packaging in this manner may damage product during the shipping process.
